Augusta Hotel Project –  Ficope was recently appointed by Lace Investment Partners as Project Manager for the development of a landmark luxury Hotel project in downtown Lisbon – the future Andaz by Hyatt, including a main building occupying a full block and 7 satellite buildings with a total GCA of more than 20,000 sqm. The project will involve more than 220 guest rooms and suites and one SPA.

Expected opening in 2024.

This important contract consolidates our large experience and leadership in Hotel Project Management Services, and will contribute for a significant increase of the Lisbon Luxury Hotel offering.
