Has a degree in Civil Engineering, branch of structures, by Instituto Superior Técnico in 1981. Specialist in Direction and Management of Construction by the Order of Engineers. Member of the Order of Engineers since 1982. Founding partner of FICOPE since 1987, taking full-time management responsibilities since June 1989.
Paulo Consciência
Has a degree in Civil Engineering, branch of structures, by Instituto Superior Técnico in 1981. Specialist in Management and Construction Management by the Order of Engineers. Member of the Order of Engineers since 1982. He is a founding member of FICOPE since 1987, having been a full-time manager since June 1990.

João Pedro Preto
Degree in Civil Engineer (pré-bolonha) by Universidade Nova of Lisbon in 2006. Senior Member of the Portuguese Engineering Association and member of the CREA (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia, in Brasil). With 12 years of experience in Site Construction Management, both in Portugal and Brazil, assuming the role of Production Coordinator. Started at FICOPE in 2017 with the role of Project Manager and for 5 years was responsible for the coordination and supervision of several projects in Portugal namely residential, offices and retail. Since 2022, João Pedro is a Company Diretor.
Vasco Consciência
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineer, branch of structures, by Instituto Superior Técnico in 2008. Member of the Portuguese Engineering Association. Executive Master’s Degree in Sustainable Energy Sistems by Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão da Universidade de Lisboa/Instituto Superior Técnico, under the MIT Portugal Program in 2010. Solid experience in Site Construction Management, both in Portugal and Brazil, assuming the role of Production Coordinator.
