Restaurante Kabuki

It is located in Lisbon, in the prestigious Galleries Ritz and has already opened its doors. Kabuki Lisboa celebrates the fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine and promises the quality and exclusivity of the Spanish brand, which already holds one MICHELIN Star.

The project, designed by Maurice Sainz, with Open Book participation, a prominent company due to its vast portfolio of national and international reference projects, is divided into 3 distinct spaces: on the middle floor, closer to the lobby, we have the Kikubari bar; on the lower floor, we find the main dining room with capacity for 72 people and the upper floor, the Kabuki Experience, presents a more privileged concept, with capacity for 30 people and an exclusive menu.

Three distinct spaces, connected by a single gastronomic concept: Kabuki, a unique experience not to be missed.
