Hotel Palácio Ludovice

From a renovated space in the heart of Lisbon, facing the stunning panoramic views from the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint, the Palácio Ludovice – Wine Experience Hotel was born, a five-star hotel that brings what promises to be a new concept of hospitality.

The architectural project involved the maintenance and rehabilitation of the façades, preserving the reference of the Palatial architecture of the 18th century and the Public Interest of the property.

The amplification of the basement, the roof and the interiors resulted in a space with 61 rooms, a restaurant and bar, with the presence of the wine institute “Solar di Porto”, and the Wellness Boutique-SPA & GYM, a space for relaxation and well-being experience. The Hotel also has a meeting room, commercial area and a terrace.

FICOPE, responsible for the Project Management, Coordination and Supervision of this work, believes that the rehabilitation of historic buildings is an opportunity for intervention, leading to the revitalization of cities and the preservation of historical and cultural buildings promoting the sustainability of the planet and the future of humanity.
