Restaurante Pinóquio

The Cervejaria Pinóquio, an emblematic place of national gastronomy, will reopen January 20th back to the restauradores area, with a capacity for 240 people and a charming terrace.

Despite sharing a historic Pombaline building, the new Blue Liberdade Hotel and Cervejaria Pinóquio will continue to function independently.

For the rehabilitation project management and supervision, FICOPE aimed to preserve the historical heritage value of the building, encompassing and making compatible existing services and facilities, revitalising the urban fabric at a territorial and human level.
